Lakemont Park is located in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The park had its grand opening on June 30, 1893.
What has been known as the oldest operating roller coaster in the world, Leap The Dips, is in this park. Unfortunately, it hasn’t operated for several years.

Lakemont Park previously featured a Toboggan coaster made by Chance Rides. The park also has a second wooden coaster, Skyliner which is a Philadelphia Toboggan Company coaster.
The park was closed for the 2017 summer season because the park was being renovated into a family entertainment center. When the park reopened, Leap The Dips and Skyliner both operated. But since the end of 2023, both coasters have not been in operation.
